This service consists of a complete study of the buildings HVACR, water usage, and electrical usage of your facility. The study will determine if your facility can increase its efficiency in the areas of the study, and also if you have the ability to qulify for low interest loans, rebate programs, and tax credits.
How do we start the process?
We will provide an initial on-site survey to determine the feasibility of the study and the cost associated. We will then provide a short report on opportunities your facility may or may not have. Once the decision has been made to move forward we then will provide you an in depth study exposing all opportunities as well as the cost associated and a Department of Energy (DOE) approved report.
What are the typical costs?
The costs of the study are dtermined by the overall demands of the facility and its size. We have performed studies that range from $3,500 to $25,000. In some cases a percentage of the cost of the study may be covered by outside agencies who promote energy efficiency and in almost all cases the cost of the initial study is recovered by the 2nd year based on energy savings when the recommended upgrades are preformed.
Our plans are not based on a flat rate. Your "Quality Service Plan" will be different than others because it is based on your needs and your budget. We also provide a 6-month service call warranty policy for our Commercial "Quality Service Plan" customers. You won't fina a Commercial HVACR Service or Maintenance Plan that equals the value of ours.
